Kombucha childhood memories

Let's turn back time a few years and transport ourselves to our childhood. We remember how our grandmothers brewed a healthy drink with a round brownish "something". Sometimes they would bring home a brown bottle of the tea drink from the health food store.

Even back then, our grandmas appreciated the many nutrients in kombucha

They wanted to protect us from dangerous colds and stomach aches. At the time, we found the cold tea rather bland and took some getting used to. We certainly couldn't imagine that it would one day become our great passion.

Years later we fell in love with the drink anew

Many years later, Max (KOMBUCHERY founder) abruptly realized something during his time on the west coast of America. Kombucha is much more than this bland drink from grandma.

At that time, countless kombucha producers already existed in the USA. Refreshing tea drinks were available for purchase in retail stores and many coffee shops. This kind of fermented tea drink made him immediately addicted. Back in Germany, he started fermenting at home himself. The countless interesting tastes did not let him go.

Friends and colleagues loved the homemade Kombucha immediately.

The sparkling tea drink was immediately loved by his friends and colleagues and thus brought together our current KOMBUCHERY team. We founded the Kombucha Brewery = KOMBUCHERY. This allowed us to combine not only our passion for the beverage, but also years of experience in marketing, design, and savvy sales talent.

There has to be more in the bottle than just kombucha

It was clear to all of us that if we were really going to take a chance and start a company, we had to stand behind the ingredients 100%. We wanted to create a drink that was refreshing and sparkling like a traditional soft drink, but even more beneficial to the customer. A drink that is fairly produced and 100% Organic and Raw. By continuing to make it traditionally and unpasteurized, we are able to follow grandma's tradition. At the same time, we have the opportunity to reinvent the drink with exciting flavors. A living, gluten and lactose free soft drink. It offers nothing but advantages over traditional soft drinks.

Less sugar than other kombucha manufacturers

We are on a mission to displace beverages laced with industrial sugar and artificial additives. That's why we use 40% less sugar than most other manufacturers. Kombucha has countless beneficial properties. It offers thousands of opportunities to develop exotic and refreshing flavors. We won't stop researching these and coming up with the perfect and natural flavors for you.
