Our organic kombucha is fermented for weeks from high-quality organic ingredients based on a tradition that is over 2000 years old and bottled in small quantities. You can taste it with every bottle and ask for a fair price.
Fermentation for weeks
Our organic kombucha is lovingly fermented in small tanks for more than 2 weeks. It is made on the basis of a sweetened tea and a living culture of bacteria and yeast.
In addition to the special sweet and sour taste, important vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients are created during fermentation.
High quality organic ingredients
We use high quality organic Sencha green tea, organic FOP black tea and organic juices for production. Fermenting kombucha with high quality fruit can produce over 32 important ingredients.
A bottle of unpasteurized kombucha can naturally contain living lactic acid bacteria, various types of yeast and bacteria, enzymes, vitamin B12, vitamin C, various acids such as amino acids and countless other nutrients.
People instead of machines
We fill our organic kombucha with a lot of manual work and love in a workshop for disabled people and actively promote inclusion.
For maximum freshness, our organic kombucha is never pasteurized or filtered. That's why our kombucha always has to be refrigerated in the long term.
To protect the environment, we use environmentally friendly reusable glass bottles.
Social & Sustainable
Social commitment has been lived with us since day one. Together with Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. we are building drinking water and sanitary facilities at a school in South Africa.
As a company, we are climate positive. To do this, we plant trees and offset all emissions since the company was founded.
