This competition is operated and organized by Kombuchery GmbH, Sybelstrasse 7, 10629 Berlin, (hereinafter Kombuchery) represented by the managing director Max Seedorf.f.

Participation in the competition is the subject of the following conditions"FitBit Versa 3".

Participation in the competition is free. This is done by effectively registering for the Kombuchery newsletter and maintaining this newsletter subscription until the competition closes. To order the Kombuchery newsletter, you must provide a valid email address and click on the relevant link after receiving the initial confirmation email. The specified e-mail account must belong to the participant and may only be used by them. Anyone who registers for the newsletter but cancels it again before the entry deadline will not take part in the competition. 

Any natural person of legal age who has their permanent residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland can take part in the competition. Minors are excluded from participation and will not receive any prizes. 

Each participant can only take part in their own name and once. The prize is not transferable. Employees, agents and agents of Kombuchery GmbH, participating service providers and their relatives are excluded from participation. 

Kombuchery GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participating in the competition if they violate these terms of use or if they use unfair means to participate. Kombuchery GmbH can also subsequently issue such an exclusion under these conditions and claim back any winnings. 

Participation in the competition is only possible once per person. 

The closing date for the competition is the 13th. February 2022. Participations received after this date can no longer be considered. 

Participation in no way depends on the purchase of goods, the use of paid services and / or the payment of connection fees and / or usage fees to Kombuchery GmbH. 

 

The judges' decision is final. 

  

Draw and notification of prizes 

The winnings are determined by means of a computer-aided lottery procedure. 

The winners will be no later thantwo weeks after the end of the competition (27.02.2022) will be drawn and notified by email. 

Unless the winner is on the winning notificationwithin 7 working days reports, the profit is undemanding.

Only German law applies to the relationship between Sparwelt.de and the participant, excluding the UN sales law.
